Based in Stunning Mayfair offices, a Private Equity firm is looking for an Office Assistant to work closely with the EA’s and Office Manager and assist with the smooth running of this high profile office!

You will be degree educated with exceptional interpersonal skills and be highly motivated to start your career in the fast paced and demanding world of private equity.  The role will be extremely varied and you will get to know everyone well from the EA’s to the CEO!  You will be the go to person for the whole team so you will have excellent ability to juggle and have a great attitude and love assisting with a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Answering phone calls from high profile stakeholders
  • Providing a high quality greeting to all visitors to the office
  • Ensuring all offices supplies are in stock and regularly re-ordered
  • Helping with diary management
  • Booking restaurants for lunches and dinners
  • Ordering catering for external meetings and for the team
  • Assisting with events logistics
  • Creating high quality documents using MS Office
  • Assisting the team with a range of ad hoc projects
