I am seeking Temp Receptionist who are immediately available and have experience within the Oil and Gas, Energy, Transport and Utility sectors. These roles will be located across a variety of different locations around London.

Description

- Manage the Reception Desk

- Keeping the Reception area immaculate

- Answering all phone calls and transferring as necessary

- Keeping contact lists up to date and circulating as necessary

- Meeting and greeting clients, offering and providing beverages

- Booking meetings and ordering lunches for all day meetings

- Arranging couriers

- Booking travel and accommodation for staff

ADMINISTRATION

- Assisting with mail merges as and when required

- Sending of merchandise to clients when requested

- Completing client registration cards

- Ordering of office stationery

- Data Entry

- Day to day diary management

Profile

Temp Receptionist Skills, Competencies and Proficiency:

- Computer literate- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

- Organised

Job Offer

Temp Receptionist required ASAP to work across London (predominantly in the West End) within the Oil and Gas, Energy, Transport and Utility sectors, rate of pay will be between £10-12 per hour.
