TEMPORARY HR ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED!

An established and global retailer is looking for an HR Administrator to assist in their London offices during busy periods on a temporary basis.

As HR Administrator your responsibilities will include:

*Supporting the HR team with all general HR admin including contracts, changes to terms, letters and references
*Being actively involved with the recruitment process - liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates and tracking CV's, scheduling interviews and feedback
*Producing statistical reports on HR information - starters, leavers, turnover, sickness absence
*Assisting with payroll and any queries relating to this
*Any other ad hoc duties required by the permanent team

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' proven experience working in a similar role within retail. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal, great attention to detail, be computer literate, and work well within a team! A good knowledge of HR is required!
