Are you looking for a true PA role? Well look no further as this award winning international law firm are looking for a Personal Assistant to join them in their swanky London offices. This is amazing opportunity to join a firm that is incredibly bold and innovative and support the incredibly busy Disputes Resolutions team.


In this Personal Assistant role, you will be providing high quality secretarial support to the fee earners in the department so you will be a proactive individual and an amazing communicator. This role will offer you a fantastic step in your career in a firm where you are a valued member of the team.


As the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for but not limited to:


-Extensive and proactive every changing diary management for the fee earners, always staying one step ahead to avoid any conflicts
-Liaising with clients and relevant parties to arrange meetings, internal and external
-Coordinating travel arrangements, completing visa applications, creating itineraries and compiling expense forms
-Supporting the fee earners in marketing activities such as presentations
-Ensuring that there is regular communication with other PAs

To be successful as the Personal Assistant, you will have:


-Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
-PA experience is essential within a professional services firm
-Excellent organisation skills, having the ability and experience of always being one step ahead
-The ability to develop strong working relationships with your team
