My client, an International Financial Advisory firm based in the City, are looking for a switched-on Receptionist / Office Assistant.

You'll be providing front of house receptionist duties as well as general office administration, with duties including:

*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them via the switchboard system
*Sorting refreshments in meetings
*General maintenance of the reception desk
*Booking taxis and couriers
*Processing stationery and catering orders
*General banking of cheques
*Sorting and distributing the post
*Filling, scanning, printing and binding
*Updating internal databases

This organisation really looks after their staff - they are very supportive and create a warm, professional working environment; in which you'll really feel part of a team.

You must have previous experience in a similar role - you will be used to liaising with clients face to face and looking after a busy reception desk, as well as juggling administrative tasks.

You should be bright and confident in liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.
You should also have good IT skills and high attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
