Team PA - Investment Start-Up

Fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant / PA to join this exciting investment start-up based in Central London. As the Team Assistant you will be joining this rapidly growing and hugely successful pension fund to support the Chief Investment Officer and his small Investment Team of three. We are looking for a Team PA who loves nothing more than to plan ahead and be relied upon heavily by their boss and team – if your colleagues or friends describe you as a ‘nurturing type’ then this could be a match made in heaven!

As the Team Assistant your role will involve support to the CIO – a lovely and super bright gentleman who is extremely well connected within the investment sector and in high demand. Your role will entail diary management, travel coordination, note taking at meetings, and always being 5 steps ahead. The CIO is passionate with a great sense of humour, and has a brilliant mind that works at a 1000 mph! We are therefore looking for an extremely organised Team Assistant who will not only thrive working in a fast-paced environment, but someone with a mature head on their shoulders who can confidently support their boss in prioritising and protect his time. Your role as Team PA will also entail providing support to a small Investment Team with duties including, dairy and travel management, reports, document formatting, expenses, research and meeting coordination.
