Well-established Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City is looking for a Receptionist to join their friendly team.
Working alongside another Receptionist, you will work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors
- Maintain the reception area and all meeting rooms
- Answering the phone, directing calls
- Schedule meetings and arranging conference calls
- Central point of administrative contact to the business as a whole
- Handle binding, reports, assist with presentations etc.
- Assist with office management and office supplies
- Coordinate invoices and handle enquiries
- Maintain holiday & sickness records
- Ad hoc PA cover
Requirements:
- Previous Reception/Front of House experience, ideally gained within corporate City firm; may also suit ex-Cabin Crew
- Well-spoken with excellent telephone manner
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A true team player with a ‘hands on’ approach
- Switchboard experience advantageous
