Well-established Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City is looking for a Receptionist to join their friendly team.

Working alongside another Receptionist, you will work 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors
  • Maintain the reception area and all meeting rooms
  • Answering the phone, directing calls
  • Schedule meetings and arranging conference calls
  • Central point of administrative contact to the business as a whole
  • Handle binding, reports, assist with presentations etc.
  • Assist with office management and office supplies
  • Coordinate invoices and handle enquiries
  • Maintain holiday & sickness records
  • Ad hoc PA cover

Requirements:

  • Previous Reception/Front of House experience, ideally gained within corporate City firm; may also suit ex-Cabin Crew
  • Well-spoken with excellent telephone manner
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • A true team player with a ‘hands on’ approach
  • Switchboard experience advantageous
