Team Assistant - Trading Floor - Asset Manager

We have been retained to recruit an experience Team Assistant to join a reputable global Asset Manager in Mayfair.  This opportunity will give an enthusiastic individual the opportunity to support a fast paced trading floor team and be the “go to person” for the sales traders.

Key Remits:

• Extensive diary management and coordinating travel arrangements and visas for the team
• Completing comprehensive and detailed travel intineries
• Arranging client entertainment
• Scheduling and meeting coordination for internal meetings and video conferences
• Process and management of expenses / invoices
• Acting as the point person for internal and external events
• Coordinating compliance forms, order tracking and general desk support

Experience:

• Proven Team Assistant experience ideally on a Trading floor/ fast paced environment working for an Investment Bank or Asset Manager
• Proficiency in Concur, Excel, Office and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
