Membership Services Administrator £12ph - Temporary - Blackfriars, London
We are currently looking for an experienced Membership Services Executive to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis.
Our client are a global membership association, located only a stones throw away from Blackfriars Station, a bustling part of London, with plenty to do and see.
In this role you will work in the Membership Department to offer valuable organisational support for the clients members.
Key duties/responsibilities;
- Diary management
- Responsibility for the coordination of material and production of the clients annual magazine
- Database management - ensuring maintenance and improvement of data accuracy
- Supporting the planning, development and delivery of key events and initiatives
- Coordination of the Membership Departments social media
- Ad hoc secretarial duties
The ideal candidate;
We are looking for someone with substantial administration experience, with previous experience in an events planning/membership organisation useful. You will be intellectually able with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently. You will be a natural collaborator with well-developed interpersonal skills, who is comfortable in the company of very senior professionals. You will need to be IT-literate and a multi-tasker, capable of working independently to prioritise requirements and juggle an ever-changing workload.
Experience of working with CMS databases is essential.
