A leading independent wealth management company is currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious Secretary to join their team based in City of London. Do you have the ability to organise a team and make a difference? Do you wish to grow within your career? If you do then this role could be for you.

You will be a sole support to the Investment Management Team, providing standard secretarial duties such as audio typing for the team, along with experience within the Financial Services.

Duties will include;

  • Managing diaries for around 10 members of the team
  • Arranging and managing travel
  • Arrange for BACS payments, send out valuations or statements as requested (or pass to the relevant Investment Manager)
  • Help with team events
  • Prepare expenses for Team members
  • May be required to perform some private work occasionally and any other appropriate duties that may be required
  • Arrange lunches, in-house and externally
  • Help in preparation of presentations and pitch documents using Powerpoint


Experience / Skills;

  • Strong general education is beneficial
  • Audio and Copy Typing skills are desirable, while strong typing skills and a willingness to learn Audio and Copy Typing is essential
  • At least 1 year's experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA position would be beneficial to this role
  • MS office experience is desirable for this role
  • Strong written and spoken communication
