Our client is an outstanding international business with a great working environment and culture. They are looking for a bright and capable candidate to step into a temp to perm part-time role as HR Administrator. This position is available for an immediate start with the view to become a permanent position. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and communication who is able to build professional relationships across the business. 

Working as a part of the HR team, this role will see you taking responsibility for a range of support tasks. You will spend much of your time focusing on scheduling and diary management arranging interviews and training. You will be responsible for confidential company records, generating reports, preparing well worded internal and external correspondence and adhering to company processes. You will deal with hghly sensitive information and strict confidentiality is very important. 

You will be a strong communicator able to write and speak in a  Previous experience working in a HR environment is desirable but not essential.  Your ability to work in a highly dynamic and ever-changing environment will see you succeed in this position. Excellent attention to detail and a strong team focus are important. You have a strong team attitude, are enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, helpful with a fun and spirited personality!
