Paragon Personnel is a boutique specialist recruitment consultancy, established in 1989 providing Executive Assistants and business support staff to a high profile City client base.  We have a great team and are currently looking for a part-time Administrator to support us from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Key duties:

  • Meeting/greeting candidates
  • Answering / screening calls
  • Managing registration processes
  • Uploading candidate information into company database
  • Re-formatting CVs
  • Assisting consultants with CV submission and interview confirmations
  • Referencing, credit checks & CRB’s for candidates
  • Ensuring compliance packs are complete to our clients regulations
  • Retrieving timesheet information from client systems
  • Inputting hours and working alongside Payroll expert
  • Uploading jobs onto various recruitment sites
  • Updating company website

Requirements:

Confident communicator

Approachable and professional

Solid relevant experience (minimum of 5 years)

Methodical with strong administration / organisational skills

Available for an immediate start
