Paragon Personnel is a boutique specialist recruitment consultancy, established in 1989 providing Executive Assistants and business support staff to a high profile City client base. We have a great team and are currently looking for a part-time Administrator to support us from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Key duties:
- Meeting/greeting candidates
- Answering / screening calls
- Managing registration processes
- Uploading candidate information into company database
- Re-formatting CVs
- Assisting consultants with CV submission and interview confirmations
- Referencing, credit checks & CRB’s for candidates
- Ensuring compliance packs are complete to our clients regulations
- Retrieving timesheet information from client systems
- Inputting hours and working alongside Payroll expert
- Uploading jobs onto various recruitment sites
- Updating company website
Requirements:
Confident communicator
Approachable and professional
Solid relevant experience (minimum of 5 years)
Methodical with strong administration / organisational skills
Available for an immediate start
