Our West End based nationwide Property client is seeking an experienced HR professional, with strong IT literacy and HR systems knowledge, to join the Head Office HR department assisting in the day-to-day administration of the HR Generalist team.

This Senior HR Administrator role involves answering staff HR queries; assisting with general administration; ensuring continued review of the admin process tracker and project server, as well as supporting the HR Generalist Manager with SLAs and ad hoc projects.

This Senior HR Administrator role would suit an ambitious HR generalist with a degree, ideally CIPD and experience working within HR shared services within a professional services company.

To be successful in this Senior HR Administrator role, you will have:

*Degree
*4 + years' HR generalist experience within professional services
*Experience working within HR shared services
*Ideally CIPD qualification
*High IT literacy with experience using IT based HR systems, preferably SAP
*Strong Word and Excel
*Excellent command of the English language
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*An approachable, fair and open manner
*The ability to remain calm under pressure
*High attention to detail
