Our client is a privately owned accountancy firm based in Holborn and have an excellent opportunity for a receptionist - administrator to come on board.  This is working in a small team and you will be exposed and trained in junior level accounts within this role.  We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hard working and able to tackle tasks small or big.  You must have an interest in working in accounts.  

Duties include: 

  • Manning our reception.
  • Greeting clients as they enter our office.
  • Taking telephone calls.
  • Making tea or coffee if wanted by a client.
  • Scanning and saving documents.
  • Invoice issuing – using easy to use software.
  • Cash receipt posting – using easy to use software.
  • Post and franking.
  • Maintaining our records of storage files.
  • A very small amount of copy typing.
  • The ability to use Excel spreadsheets is required.
