Your role

Joining a close knit team your role as a Team Assistant is critical for the daily operation of this business. Having had previous experience as a Team Assistant you will be comfortable getting hands on from day one. You will be a multi tasker and organised... being able to prioritise and plan ahead are vital for success in this role. Being tech savvy is also imperative and previous experience working on complex data bases will give you an advantage when starting this assignment.

Daily activities

• Invoicing and expenses
• High level administration support
• Creating Excel spreadsheets
• Managing an complex database

Your skills & expertise

• Experience in fast paced dynamic role
• Advanced Microsoft package essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong IT skills
