An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a well known and established not-for-profit Company!

Key duties:

The post holder will have a key role in:

  • Data entry
  • Attending to and processing customer queries
  • Providing information and advice on Charity related issues
  • Translating from English and French written and verbal (and vice versa) - an understanding of Dutch would be advantageous
  • Supporting project work, incoming queries, training staff members, identifying and implementing efficiencies and ad hoc issues.

Skills and Experience

  • fluent English, both spoken and written, are essential;
  • fluent in English and French written and verbal (and vice versa) - an understanding of Dutch would be advantageous
  • additional languages are a great advantage, in particular European languages;
  • experienced organisational and administrative skills;
  • excellent attention to detail;
  • computer skills, including the use of standard software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • and Adobe Acrobat);
  • demonstrable experience with contact management software and other databases;
  • experience preparing and delivering presentations and reports;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • experience of successfully cultivating relationships with colleagues and clients, with a people-centre approach to business and work;
  • demonstrable cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diversity of values, views and approaches to issues
  • relevant to the Charity programme by stakeholders around the world;
  • evidence of a willingness and enthusiasm to contribute to wide responsibilities and development, in
