PA to CEO - International Events Company - Marylebone
I have such an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join an international events company as a PA to their CEO. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a thriving company and work closely with such a successful man.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Chief Executive's office and will manage the Chief Executive's calendar of events and meetings. He/she would be relied upon to make decisions on meetings and other arrangements for the Chief Executive, ensuring he has all the information required beforehand.
The PA will take pride in making sure that all correspondence to the Chief Executive is dealt with in a timely manner, and that responses are handled appropriately. Good writing skills would be a distinct advantage.
Representing the Chief Executive to many of his contacts, company members, stakeholders and VIPS, will mean interacting cordially, professionally and confidently with the individuals and organisations.
Duties within the role would involve :
-Organising and maintaining the CEO's diary.
-Taking minutes of management and other meetings.
-Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the Chief Executive is well-prepared.
-Taking telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
-Producing documents, briefing papers and reports.
-Maintaining administrative systems and keeping filing and records up to date.
-Assist in organising events and occasionally attending those events, which may mean working outside of regular hours.
-Dealing with sensitive and confidential material.
-Managing recruitment, including placing adverts, tracking applications, setting up interviews (occasionally join interviews).
-Organising global travel, including hotel bookings, flights and visas.
-Follow up on action points with senior managers and tracking progress on projects.
-Process expenses in multiple currencies.
-Any other ad-hoc duties, assisting other teams.
To apply for this role, you will have at least 1 year within a PA/Team Assistant role and experience working with confidential matters.
Please apply ASAP to be considered!
