Research Production Assistant
Our client, a financial organisation, based in the heart of the City currently has a new opening for a Research Production Assistant to come on board an support the team.
You will work alongside the manager giving support to the Research Team. They are looking for someone to just come in and hit the ground running.
PLEASE NOTE THE SHIFT HOURS FOR THIS POSITION WHICH ROTATE WEEKLY
6.30am – 3.30pm or 9.30am – 6.00pm
You will have advanced MS Office skills along with desktop publishing and authoring tools/databases. Knowledge of Bloomberg and Factset would also be a real advantage.
Duties will include creating, formatting, publishing / producing and distributing research notes and presentations internally and externally and within strict deadlines.
Utilising publishing software to finalise documents. You will liaise with other departments internally for information required. Maintaining mailing lists and databases as well as Factset and CRM systems.
Updating and manipulating templates. Ad-hoc projects. Keeping up to date with all technology and a willingness to learn.
You will have high attention to detail as well as proof reading skills. Excellent IT skills at advanced level. Able to pick up systems and processes quickly. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Organised and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. Excellent communication skills and a real team player.
Previous relevant experience within a financial organisation would a real advantage.
