Secretarial Team Leader

A Reputable Firm in London is looking for a Secretarial Team Leader to assist the Secretarial Services Manager and provide support to the team, ensuring full cover is provided, allocating work, and ensuring deadlines are met. Along with the Team Leader duties they’re looking for a Legal Secretary who can provide support to the Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys, so it is ideally for a Patent & Trade Mark Secretary with Team Leader/ Supervisory experience.  This is varied, involved role where you can assist with recruitment, maintain the evening secretarial rota, working with the secretarial services manager promoting new ideas, day to day troubleshooting with the team and assist with improving the department. If you’re a team player, adaptable and have strong Litigation or Patent & Trademark experience, along with being a Team Leader or supervisor then this an excellent role for you.
