My client, an international underwriting insurance firm based in the City, are looking for a PA on a temporary basis.
This 1:1 PA role is supporting at board level, as well providing ad-hoc support to a team of brokers.
They are looking for a bright, professional, switched on individual who has PA experience ideally within Insurance.
This very varied role will include the below duties:
- Diary Management
- Arranging and scheduling international travel
- Organising meetings and conferences
- Taking minutes at monthly management meetings
- Assisting the wider team of brokers with ad-hoc admin requests
- Managing monthly expenses
- Preparing and formatting reports and presentations
- Ordering marketing stock, business cards and promotional materials
A strong business acumen is essential, you should possess strong attention to detail.
All candidates suitable for this role would need to be immediately available.
