My Client, an International Association based in the City are on the hunt for a switched on and professional Administration Assistant to join their team.

Your main duty will be to assist the Corporate Communications team with all administration tasks.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Greeting visitors
*Setting up external meetings for team members
*Research on companies
*General support - printing, preparing packs for meetings
*Support other areas such as website updates, research and preparation of press cuttings
*Assist with event production of larger events, when required (including producing name badges, onsite set up and delegate management, for example)
*Organise delivery and collection of our stand and collateral to event venues for both our and third-party events

The ideal candidate should possess around 2-3 year's experience within an Team Administration type position, be positive and friendly and be enthusiastic

Paying up to £25-30K.
