£18,000 - Customer Service Agent - Permanent - Brentford


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable and professional individual to work in a large financial services organisation in the Brentford area. This opportunity is a permanent position and a great opportunity to learn new skills in the customer service field.

Your new role will be that of a Customer Service Advisor working in a large, busy and exciting team of other individuals working on inbound enquiries, some complaints, email correspondence and order processing. The position will be 37 hours a week with a degree of flexibility required for shift patterns, the occasional late evening might be involved but if this was required a laptop would be provided to the successful individual to work from home. The role will be predominantly Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday or Sunday, if so a day in lieu would be provided.

In order to be successful you will have an excellent telephone manner, personable and professional with the ability to problem solve with customer service experience being an advantage.

In return you will be offered at a salary of £18,000 with free on site gym, discretionary company bonus and yearly increases and is an opportunity to work in a fantastic organisation.
