VACANCY: Property PA
LOCATION: Central London
Leading international law has an exciting opportunity for a promising PA with solid legal experience. Based in the private client department, the role holder will provide one to one PA support to one of the senior figures in the firm’s real estate group.
Key responsibilities:
- Inbox management, preparing draft responses for clients
- Diary management – arrange lunches, internal/external client meetings, seminar attendances
- Travel and courier arrangements
- Client interaction – handling requests from high net worth clients and individuals
- Prepare correspondence, briefing notes and PowerPoint presentations
- Data management through InterAction
- Oversee client billing
- Project management and ad-hoc duties
Are you the ideal candidate?
Success in this role requires you to have previous legal PA experience in a one to one role supporting a busy senior Partner, preferably within a private real estate department. You will have a client facing approach and possess first class communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage and prioritise own workload is required.
- A thorough understanding of the various search functions, forms and case management required in a busy private real estate department
- Possess strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Elite billing
