Due to market growth and the launch of a new project, a dedicated customer service representative is needed to provide world-class service throughout the UK.

Your new role
This client is looking for people who can deliver quality customer service by responding to inbound emails with attention to detail and speed demonstrating excellent written and verbal English. You will be required to diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. This includes discussing partner accounts, responding to customer queries and escalations, analysing and inputting data into forms and logistics for deliveries. You'll work within a rapidly expanding team with like-minded customer service representatives to successfully develop the business throughout the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a passionate, collaborative, and process-oriented individual who is an expert in providing a top quality experience to customers. The ideal candidate has an extensive understanding of what is required to run a fast paced admin and hospitality-style operation that is operational for up to 12 hours per day up to 7 days per week, and will be able to make continuous process improvements to enhance the end-to-end experience. Strong process management, hospitality and communication skills are required.
