Receptionist - Talent Agency - 24K

On a typical day, you will be answering/fielding phone calls, meeting and greeting, booking meeting rooms and managing the calendar to ensure there are no clashes, managing post and couriers, ensuring the stationary is kept fully stocked, up-keeping the office aesthetics, managing the interns and delegating where required, managing petty cash and generally ensuring the office is running smoothly. You will deal with any IT issues so you must be IT/tech savvy and you will also cover the Team Assistants where required so you must be willing to muck in and help wherever needed!

To be considered for this role, you MUST have excellent people and organisational skills along with an ability to work well under pressure. You will have experience in a similar Entertainment/ Talent/ Casting/ TV agency/company. You will take pride in your role as Receptionist and provide an excellent service, making yourself invaluable to the team! You will make yourself the main POC for the office and be a real right hand person to the Operations Manager who you will work closely with. You will be comfortable interacting with talent and industry professionals and always remain professional and highly confidential as well as personable and an ambassador for the company. You will be articulate and committed with a bright and friendly manner.
