A very exciting opportunity has become available to join one of London’s top Investment Banks based in Canary Wharf.

The role will be to provide senior level EA support to an MD within Capital Markets and a wider team of 5. The role will require previous Investment Banking or Global Capital Markets EA experience and duties will include:

• diary management
• arranging international travel, and completing itineraries
• arranging meetings on and off site
• processing expenses and invoices
• creating and amending PowerPoint presentations
• email and phone management for the MD

  Skills/experience required;

• Recent experience gained within an Executive Assistant role
• Background from financial services
• Ability to produce work that is accurate whilst working under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively whilst supporting a team and within an ever changing environment.
• Exceptional communication skills

  This role is offered on a temporary on-going basis, and could run for 20 months, with the view to going permanent if head count is approved
