Permanent - EA/PA required - Management Consultancy - based in the Liverpool Street Area - £35- 40k.
We are supporting a client in the City - all the roles are typically EA/PA - with duties such as the below :
*Extensive diary management
*Organising national and international travel including meeting and transport arrangement, confirming accommodation and producing detailed itineraries often of a complex nature
*Assisting in organising board meetings and operational meetings in various locations around the world.
*Dealing with telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues in a professional manner and escalating any issues.
*Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
*Drafting documents and correspondence.
*Organising internal and external lunches and dinners booking the relevant dining rooms and restaurants both in London and globally.
*Organising meetings and presentations booking the relevant rooms and equipment both in the UK and around globally.
*Providing wide ranging administrative assistance.
*Producing Advanced PowerPoint presentations on a regular basis
