Recruitment Consultant Central London Up to £50,000 OTE
Coby Philips recruitment is a Boutique Consultancy specialising in the supply of secretarial / administrative support.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to come and work within our well established and friendly team.
You must have proven recruitment experience as you will be building client relationships and developing new business.
Some of your key duties will include:
*Business Development calls
*Face to face Client visits to develop and maintain relationships
*You will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients
*Maintaining and developing your candidates ready for client interviews
*Face to face registration with candidates
*Follow up on all client activities in a timely manner, including interviews arranged
There is a generous commission structure as well as a good work-life balance with staff social evenings.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience within Recruitment who is driven to succeed as well as self-motivated, pro-active, able to prioritise and manage your own time effectively.
