PA to Directors

It is an exciting time to join this start up boutique Hedge Fund in St James'. Founded by an impressive name in the finance world, you will join this company as PA to four of their Directors as they grow the business over the next year. 

You will work alongside the Business Assistant who supports the Founder of the company, being part of a solid PA team and providing PA support to the Directors. Initially you will sit alongside the receptionist but your role will very much be PA. You will be organising diaries, travel, meetings and provide general ad hoc PA support. This may include a small amount of private PA work. You should be happy to assist in any way you can and have a flexible attitude. 

This firm is already very well established and successful and they plan to grow over time. You will be a part of a dedicated and solid PA team who are friendly and supportive, and this will be within a dynamic, fast paced and exciting environment.
