Client Services Executive with fluent Italian
£25,000-28,000 + benefits

Role:
You will build relationships with member companies and clients and provide a technical resource for clients, including calculating salary packages and researching additional on-line information.
You will develop relationships with HR contacts and advise colleagues and teams on technical issues as well as educate them on services and products.
You will manage client projects and maintain documentation and administrative procedures relating to client relationships.

The ideal candidate:
You will have at least two years experience in Customer Services, Account Management, or a commercial role with fluency in Italian.
You will have strong numeracy and analytical skills as there will be a maths test at interview stage as well as having Advanced MS office and IT skills.
