Description

• To ensure that the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

• Manage and follow up on customer queries and questions in timely manner. Both internally and externally

• Complaint handling on customer's location

• Coordinate complaint resolution and follow up to customer

• Ensure sustainability of solutions presented to customers

• Educate customer education on customer's location (eg. self-service, use of services, new products)

• Reactive renegotiation of portfolio accounts (plant accounts)

• Executing size fitting - measurements of employees

• Rental stock checks

• Installation/clear out of lockers

• Feedback to management on voice of the customer (VOC)

• Grow existing business in line with targets set

• Complaint handling on customer's location if unable to resolve using any other method

• Coordinate complaint resolution and follow up to customer

• Work as a team with all service personnel to exceed targets which can result in a shared bonus

Job Offer

This is a 12 month fixed term contract. There maybe a possibility of an extension.
