Customer Service Executive (Designer brand!)

My client, a luxury designer brand, are searching for Customer Service Executives to work from their plush modern offices based at London Bridge! Shifts vary and most include working weekends or potentially some evening shifts.

This rare opportunity will suit a candidate who has some sort of Customer Service experience and is looking to join a reputable and well known brand. Your job duties will include assisting customers over the phone with any queries such as tracking orders and payment queries. Full training will be provided and successful candidates must be able to interview Wednesday 11th of Friday the 13th of October to start on Monday 16th of October.

If successful, you will be paid on a temporary basis for the first 12 weeks while going through training and then move to a permanent contract. You will then have the opportunity to earn bonus on top of your 20k salary as well as entitlement to fantastic company benefits!
