Fantastic new Hospitality and Reception role just in, working for a global firm. We are looking for someone who is well presented, efficient and on the ball. You will need to have previous Hospitality and Reception experience within a corporate environment. 

Duties include: 

  • Manage the meeting room schedule for 19 meeting rooms 
  • Ensure coffee/hot water is available in rooms before meetings and replenish after 
  • Clearing meeting rooms, ensuring they are always well presented 
  • Set up and clear rooms for lunches or dinners 
  • Set up and serve at client events, additionally assist reception with meeting clients 
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are fully stocked and restock after meetings
  • Ensure stock is managed and updated and reorder where necessary 
  • Weekly laundry 
  • Accept and organise couriers 
  • Daily reception duties as well as hospitality from the hours of 4.30pm - 7.00pm - involves meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls, assist and liaise with EA's for new meeting room bookings
  • Cover Office Manager with post, liaise with maintenance and suppliers 
  • Assist with any additional ad hoc duties where required to 

Hours will be 10.30 - 7pm.
