An elite Law firm are looking for a Paralegal to join their Banking & Finance practice in order to support and offer counsel to clients in relation to mortgage repossession. As the Paralegal, you will be working closely with the Partners and Senior Managers and you will be responsible for the overall management of the mortgage repossession files.
As the Paralegal, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Ensuring the files comply with the firm's procedure and regulatory requirements
Ensuring that client information is accurate and up to date
Preparing cases for court hearings and evictions, proactively communicating with all relevant parties
Continuously monitoring files on a regular basis, ensuring that cases are managed within service-level agreement
Working cooperatively with legal assistants to ensure that everything is completed accurately
Liaising directly with clients, solicitors and the courts
To be successful as the Paralegal, you will have:
Paralegal experience within litigation, within mortgage repossession cases would be a bonus
Great knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience working with a legal client database and case management system
The ability to prioritise your workload, working efficiently and accurate to meet SLA deadlines
High standard communication skills, both verbal and written
