Executive Assistant - IBD - Investment Banking

Do you have experience supporting at MD level within Investment Banking? If so, I have an amazing opportunity for an EA to join the IBD team of this world renowned Investment Bank. You will be supporting 1 MD  plus providing ad hoc support to a team of 5. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• complex and last minute international travel arrangements
• arranging meetings
• processing expenses
• PowerPoint presentations
• fielding calls for the desk

This role requires someone who has solid Investment Banking experience ideally for a busy team. You must have eye for detail, be a strong team player and be able to hit the ground running. This is a temporary contract for 20 months.
