A top Creative Communications Agency are looking for an outstanding Team EA to join their busy West London offices. You will be providing a mix of 1:1 and team support to a team of busy individuals within their Talent Team, so you must be super organised and come with some substantial experience within a similar role.
Day to day as part of your Team EA role, you will be coordinating meetings and ensure that the team are fully prepared. You will create presentations, and amend/proof-read other documents as necessary, as well as ensuring materials are kept up to date. You will be organising events and support on ad hoc projects. You’ll oversee the team’s annual budget, track costs and raise purchase orders.
For this role, you MUST have 4+ years’ experience as an EA, ideally within a creative agency. You must have ADVANCED skills on MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Professional experience with social media is also important for this role. You must be super organised, and great at establishing/maintaining strong relationships across the board.
