TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE BASED IN LONDON ROTATING SHIFT PATTERNS

The Opportunity: A number of fantastic temporary opportunities have arisen to work within a Global Tech Firm based in Monument. These Customer Service roles paying £10 per hour and will enable the successful individuals the opportunity to get a foot in the door within one of the world fastest growing companies.

The Role: You will be required to deliver 5 star, on brand, customer service over the telephone on a day to day basis, you will be dealing with inbound calls and emails. In addition to this, following up and resolving any queries or issues submitted.

The Person: The company are seeking, confident, outgoing, personable individuals with excellent problem solving skills who are able to work in a fast paced customer service driven environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and be able to deal numerous queries at any one time. Hours - Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm / 6pm - 11pm / 11pm - 9am or Weekends.
