Growing off-shore law firm who are based a short walk from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street is looking to recruit a new Receptionist/Office Assistant to support the Office Manager in the London office. The firm is looking for either a confident and well educated school leaver who is looking to undertake a front of house role within professional services or applicants who have up to 6 months experience and want to move in to an expanding law firm. This firm requires someone who is well-presented, well-spoken and professional to meet and greet all internal and external clients. Responsibilities will include all standard reception duties including answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients, booking couriers, organising and setting up meeting rooms, assisting the facilities team and any other ad-hoc duties that may crop up. The hours for this role will be 9am to 5:30pm. Applicants must have at least 5 A-C at GCSE, including Maths and English, have a teamplaying work ethic and have an attitude of no job too big or too small.
