Robert Half are working with a large Support Services/Healthcare organisation looking to recruit a Facilities/Administrative Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is based in Central London and will require an immediate start and is paying £12 per hour + holiday pay.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Facilities, Security and Estates Manager as well as wider support to the facilities and helpdesk functions. The key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration of annual leave requests, logged onto the relevant systems in the required timeframes
  • Record and monitor sickness/absence requests on the internal system
  • Act as the first point of contact via email and phone for all queries, both internal and external
  • Produce & collate weekly productivity reports
  • Ensure training tracker completed on a weekly basis, informing FSS Management of any updates linked to training needs
  • Provide note taking support for meetings
  • Post distribution
  • Manage the helpdesk
  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • General ad hoc administrative support to the wider facilities/helpdesk teams.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar facing role, ideally within Healthcare, demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills as well as being proficient with the MS Office package. This role will require the successful candidate to undertake a DBS check prior start.
