Based on site at Royal Wharf, our New Homes team is looking to recruit an Administrator who will provide an effective and efficient support system, whilst managing applicants and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
As Administrator, your main responsibilities will include;
- Document management
- Liaising with the sales manager and negotiators to prepare reports
- Assisting with initiatives, launches and marketing events
- Updating internal sales information
Ideally, you will have 2 years’ administrative experience in the residential property sector.
You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience is desirable, but not essential.
