We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to jump on board and join one of our clients who are based in the City.

They are looking for a Receptionist with amazing customer service skills. No previous experience working in Administration is required, but someone who is well presented, attentive, confident and able to use their initiative. 

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone working in a Customer Service based role such as sales or hospitality and looking to work in an office. 

Duties include:

  • Attending to clients needs such as setting up meeting rooms, completing administration tasks and acting as a point of contact 
  • Providing first class customer service support to all clients 
  • Ensure the smooth running of the building including tidiness, keeping stock up to date and organising meetings 
  • Reception cover - answering incoming calls and transferring, welcoming clients, signing in visitors, providing refreshments 
  • Ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
