This outstanding opportunity would be ideal for a career-minded EA with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience and a degree, preferably in politics. You will be passionate about globalisation and have a strong awareness of current affairs.
You will have an excellent understanding of protocols, both national and international, for high profile individuals, senior dignitaries, HNWIs and royalty.

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:
*Degree level education, ideally in Politics or similar
*2 years' + PA / EA experience
*Exemplary co-ordinating talents including extensive diary management experience
*Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
*High attention to detail
*Exacting, measured and diplomatic approach
*Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
Key accountabilities within this Executive Assistant position include:
*Diary management across multiple time zones
*Organising complex travel
*Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
*Organising Executive meetings including taking minutes
*Research and writing basic briefing material
*Managing expenses
*Training, mentoring and guiding a Team Assistant
*Maintaining a contacts database
*Ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
