My client is a hugely successful Investment Management company based in central London. They are looking for a one in a million superstar who is able to turn their hand to anything and everything,  can juggle multiple and ever changing priorities with ease, has an enthusiastic can do approach to their work and a warm and friendly personality.  Based on reception working alongside another utterly lovely colleague, you will meet and greet UHNW clients, organise meeting rooms and refreshments.  On the accounts side you will be responsible for processing travel invoices for the team such as flights, hotels and taxis using your meticulous attention to detail to ensure requests are within budget.  This is a full on, varied role and you will need to have a flexible work ethic and be able to work to deadlines. However you will also have the opportunity to get really involved in the business and their upcoming projects.  This is a lovely, social company who really look after their staff and you will be given training if needed.  Ideally you will be a graduate, with 1+ year’s experience in reception/admin role and have experience with international travel & Visas
