A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and entrepreneurial team in IBD for a well known bank which is one to watch over the next few years. There is a lot of investment currently to make a name for itself across Europe so its very exciting times for this Bank. This function is being led by an inspirational chap with an impressive track record, who is needing a skilled EA to join their team. You will support one MD, who is reasonably new to the business as well as ad hoc support to the wider M&A team. You will work alongside another EA who will pick up the other senior MD and between the two of you, you will support and ensure M&A are fully supported. This role is all about attitude and work ethic. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• arranging international and complex travel
• arranging meetings on and off site
• processing expenses
• preparing documents and presentations
• researching clients and potential investments
• Liaising with clients on behalf of your MD
• Arranging events
• Being heavily involved in managing the client relationship

This role will develop and grow into more of a one to one business assistant role however needs the team to fully establish itself, which you will be part of from the beginning. You will have experience from within banking ideally IBD, or from financial services private equity or boutique where you were adding integral support to the team. Ideally you will be degree educated.

This is a permanent position offering hours of 9am to 6pm
