THE COMPANY:
My client an established Regulatory Body based in the West End are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their company. The successful applicant will provide 5* customer service and will have at least 6 months experience working in a call centre or office based customer service position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who offer career advancement and longevity.

THE ROLE:
- Manage large amounts of enquiries via inbound calls and email
- Provide a professional efficient service that demonstrates a passion for the brand and demonstrates empathy where required in such cases of a customer complaint
- Responsible for making sure that all contacts are properly and fairly dealt with in-line with company policy and procedures and that set tasks are completed within specific timescales
- As the first point of contact you will identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer enquiries, signposting or provide appropriate solutions where possible and escalating to our adjudicators when appropriate while going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in and promote feedback
- Record all contacts and enquiries into Salesforce ensuring all relevant information and data has been captured accurately.
- Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas
- Responsible for a number of additional administrative duties including collection and scanning of post on to the system, email distribution and management of consumer call back service
THE PERSON:
- Highly self-motivated individual who is able to use own initiative
- Experience of working in a high-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills & time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous customer facing or telephone experience
- A team player, with great interpersonal skills and able to share a passion for the brand
- Good communications skills and good standard of spoken and written English are essential
- Ability to deal with vulnerable customers, being empathetic where required and adapt communication skills to the customer’s specific needs.
