Based in our Global HQ in Baker Street, our International Residential team are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to be responsible for providing full administrative support.

You will conduct the usual PA and admin duties as well as

  • Document management
  • Interacting with UHNWI clients
  • Driving projects
  • Creating presentations and pitching documents
  • Marketing duties, such as assisting with events and advertising

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar PA role, with previous experience of working with UHNWIs.

You will be a pro-active and organised individual, with great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, being able to remain calm under pressure and the ability to multi-task are a given for this PA role.

You will have and have a good knowledge of Microsoft office, with a minimum audio copying speed of 60 wpm.
