Based in our St Johns Wood office, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Coordinator who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support to the lettings team.

As a Lettings Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Organising meetings and viewings
  • Running weekly website and portal checks
  • Updating systems with new property details

In addition, you will also be responsible for managing the marketing and PR for the office, such as preparing advertising and pitching documents; liaising with regional and local press, and acting as a central point of contact for Marketing. Other duties will include facilities management, general administration, and processing and monitoring expenses.

The ideal Lettings Coordinator will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar secretarial role, with an interest in property. You will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
