Based in our Richmond office, we are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the department and providing an effective service to the department head.
Main duties as Lettings Administrator will include:
- Preparing advertisements
- Producing lettings lists
- Updating property details
- Maintaining records and producing reports.
You will also be involved in organising launches, general administration and document management for the team.
The successful Lettings Administrator will have 2 years’ experience in a similar secretarial role, with a proven background in reception and administration, and an interest in property. You will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
