Who will you be working for?

A private bank with an excellent reputation based in Central London.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Handling invoices
  • Answering helpdesk calls, logging faults and passing on to technical staff for resolution.
  • Assisting with the user creation, amendment and deletion process.
  • Assisting with the creation of reports for audit purposes
  • Assisting with the set up and operation of the Video and Telephone Conferencing equipment
  • General liaison with users
  • Assist with the release of policies and documents to the staff of the Bank, filing any responses as appropriate
  • Administering of user accounts
  • Updating the software and hardware inventory databases
  • Arranging meetings
  • Taking minutes in internal meetings
  • Making travel arrangements for the department
  • Produce and distribute information and reports from various systems as required
  • Any administrative function to assist with the smooth running of the departmentReception FunctionDuties / Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients / visitors at the reception desk
  • Meeting room management, including bookings of meeting rooms
  • Switchboard / telephone services
  • Monitor activity of access passes
  • Couriers in / out
  • Organising periodicals / magazines / editorials
  • Ad hoc daily tasks
  • Provision of Beverages as requested by Clients
  • Clearing of meeting rooms
  • Smart Dress Code, possible introduction of a uniform.
