What would I be doing day to day?

This is a Graduate HR role where you will join the Group HR team. Assisting with the delivery of graduate recruitment along with HR duties, your focus will be:

• Coordinating assessment days both in the UK and throughout Europe
• Assisting with HR administrative duties
• Assisting with onboarding new joiners and integrating new employees into the business
• Coordinating interviews and logistical elements
• Assisting with HR projects both in London and abroad
• Fully supporting the delivery of the graduate programme
